Pastor Robert H. Linders has served as Senior Pastor of St. Paul's since 1977. He was ordained in 1967 following his graduation with a Master of Divinity degree from The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. A graduate of Gettysburg College, he also holds a Master of Arts degree in English from Monmouth College in New Jersey. In addition, he has earned both master's and doctoral degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary. Widely published, Pastor Linders' most recent work is: No Time to Rest, 1997, a collection of selected sermons. He has also conducted numerous regional seminars on preaching.

Pastor Erika Lee Wesch graduated from Kutztown High School in 1998, and graduated from Gettysburg College in 2002 with a BA in Spanish and a minor in Latin American Studies. In June 2003, she traveled with a group of people from the Northeastern PA synod to Argentina. She served as a translator for the group, and had an awesome experience there that made her consider going to seminary to become a pastor. In the fall of 2004, Erika started seminary at Lutheran Theological Seminary of Philadelphia. She completed two years of study in Philadelphia and completed a year-long internship at First Lutheran Church in Waltham, MA in June 2007.
Erika returned to the Philadelphia area in July, 2007, to continue her studies at the Lutheran Theological Seminary of Philadelphia, and joined the St. Paul's staff as a Senior Seminarian. She assisted with worship services, Sunday School and Adult Forum, and the Wednesday Night Confirmation classes. In the summer of 2008, she joined the St. Paul's staff as Associate Pastor.

Coleen Post holds a Master's Degree in Education from Lehigh University. With over twenty-five years experience in education and community service organizations, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Christian Education programs at St. Paul's. In addition, in 1993, she founded our "Growing Together Preschool," which serves the community by providing quality preschool classes in a Christian environment.

Eileen Evans joined our staff in 2007 as the Administrative Assistant. Eileen grew up in the Doylestown area and graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She has worked in various positions throughout her business career including administrative assistant to the Purchasing Manager of a manufacturing company and as a Purchasing Agent for Asplundh Tree Expert Company. Her work keeps everything running smoothly in our church office.

Amy Funk has been a member of the church since 1978 and on staff since 1992. She received a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Mansfield University and has served the church as Sunday school and Vacation Bible School teacher, and as Financial Secretary. As Parish Clerk Amy is responsible for maintaining the information systems for membership and financial data.

Ron Ludwig and his wife have been members of St. Paul's since 1984. They have 3 sons and 7 grandchildren. He has served the Church as a council member, treasurer and has been Business Manager since 1995. His responsibilities include financial planning and oversight, budgeting, and bookkeeping. Ron holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from Penn State University. He retired as Director of Software Development with Unisys Corp. in 1991.

Richard Solly was appointed organist at St. Paul's in 1972 and named director of music in 1977. He earned bachelor's and master's degrees in music from The College of New Jersey and has done further graduate work at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Solly is our Organist and the Senior Choir Director.

Rob Breinich is our Assistant Organist. Rob is a graduate of Penn State University where he majored in Biology. He received his Masters in Biology and General Science from the College of New Jersey. Rob has done post-graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania, Temple, Lehigh, and DeSales Universities. He taught Biology and Earth-Space Science for 35 years in Central Bucks School District at CB West High School, Unami Junior High School and Tamanend Middle School.

Karen Wurster joined our staff in 2008 as Director Of Youth Ministry. Karen was born, raised and currently resides in Glenside with her husband, Ed. She graduated from Gettysburg College in 2000 with a BA in Management. Upon graduation, Karen held various positions at a large retirement community and lead the youth program at her home church.

Jo Schmidt is our Director of Preschool. She is a graduate of Millersville University with a BS in El Ed/Early Childhood. She taught in public schools for 5 years. Jo was the initial teacher at our preshool and has taught here for over for 13 years. She has been a member of St. Paul's all of her life and has taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School for many years.

Ben Durham joined us in August 2009 as Director of Music for the St. Paul's Singers, the Youth Choir and all music programming. Ben completed a Master of Music in choral conducting at Westminster Choir College and also holds a B.A. from Centre College in music and religion. A native of Loiusville, KY, Ben is an avid fan of Kentucky basketball, a recreational runner, and loves the TV show House. In addition to his work at St. Paul's, Ben holds a full-time position as the Coordinator of Choral Activities at DeSales University.

Megan Durham joined us in August 2009 as Assoc. Director of Music for the Children's Choir, Junior Choir and Handbell Choir. She is a mezzo soprano, holds a Master of Music degree in voice pedagogy and performance from Westminster Choir College and a B. A. in voice from the University of Richmond. Megan maintains a private voice studio at the Peddie School in Hightstown, NJ and the Hill School in Pottstown, PA. Megan loves watching Ina Garten on the Food Network, running and reading about Civil War history.
